How much article can you find on the web about Blogging? 1, 2, 3 ... 100 million? A search with Google Blog search can tell you the number exactly 12,865,443. If you say so much then it's so much. But why people are talking about blogging and what's the aim of Blogging? What happens now to the world of blogging? But first is blog an English world or from other language? What's that?! Let's go through the history again.
- First what's a blog and what it aims to
First the sentence blog don't exist! The correct sentence is Web log (separated). Web means web! the Internet! and Log means a diary. Then it's an on line diary where you can put your daily stories and important or notable events of your life.
So what's happening now?
If you have read my article about websites loosing popularity against blogs then you should understand what happen it the few years ago.
The popularity of blogs have exploded. And when something explode it makes different and various kind of damages to what around. Here's what happened, the explosion of the blogs in the net made new form of blogs. News blogs, game blog, marketing blogs, programming blogs... however a blog is dedicated only for writing diaries!

First I'll site some of the causes of spreading of blogs against websites
- No need to programming
- Easy and quickly update
- Writing by posting is easy
- easy site administration
- comments, feeds, widgets..
Blogs are easy to understand and to use and this is the main cause of spreading the Internet.
Now we come back to blogging and make money on line. The idea had started with a Blogger that thought one day to change the way of blogging. But was also boosted by different companies like the giant Google. We can see that clearly as Google bought Blogger not to complete his fantastic series of web master tools but to make real earnings and to grow quickly on the web.
Attracting? Yes, it's so attracting and many people are attracted to make money on line however they have missed many things: Google or other advertising networks are so big and giant, but they are so small and tiny to make 10 million people earn a living.
If stats shows that there's 10 million blogger around the web, then if they'll all earn a living from Blogging we'll need (as a minimum of living is 2,000$ a month) 2 billion dollar monthly, that means more than 25 billion dollar a year. Is this really possible? Can industry spend 25 billion dollar a year on advertising?
Plus if it does, more and more people will come and enter the world of Blogging. Why work? Let's blog! Earn more and work when I want.
Thus it's impossible for all people to blog. It's a job for it's owner!
Blogging seems to be easy, however it's not so easy as you think and need many hours behind the computers' screen.
- So can blog make a living?
If you decided to work as a blogger than you have to know that there's 10 million people trying to, and only thousands are making really money online. And to be clear, I estimate the following: only 1% of blogger are making huge income from blogging (more than 20,000$ a month), only 5% are making good income (less than 1,000$ a month), a 15% are making small amount (less than 200$, like me, and they are using it to afford scholar e-books or other living amenities), the rest which is the biggest part of the web is making a real rounded 0!
- So how to success in Blogging
+ You must first love blogging and be interested on it, if you are interested on advertising not only blogging is the way to!
+ Have your own ideas and you own work
+ Learn the basics of blogging and know the different parts of the blogging network
+ Blogging won't give you result before 3 or 4 month of HARD working
