Wonderful XML Blogger templates

Ok, today I come up with some 'wonderful' blogger templates. (XML blogger templates this time) Those templates don't go with simple bloggers but with fan of blogging and writing for the community; here's why!
Those templates are like a one page website, with high design and large graphics in the head. Note that those template aren't well optimized for Adsense and also don't include Blogger hacks and widgets. It's also not quite good to add blogger hacks and widgets to such as templates.

Vistor can comment and EMBED VIDEO YOUTUBE , IMAGE. Showed Immediately!
EX : View Source.

I wonder how they do it ? Anyone know about this , please tell me :D
