How to earn with few traffic
Many of you asks me about driving quality traffic to a website. Is this easy, hard or how it can be done. The most of Bloggers (if you dare to name them bloggers!) don't have even 100 impression daily in their Adsense account! So how do you want to make money online???
But why searching for traffic, while traffic can search for you! and why earn with adsense a few bucks, while you can earn thousands with affiliate.
1- How much will adsense make your earn
Let for example, assume that you decided to make money online with advertising (but there's many other means of making money online). If you go through the web, you'll find that the most popular thing, is a blog. But how much will you need to wait to get heavy traffic??
Let assume you done it and made 1,000 visitor daily and 4,000 impression... but how much will you make money with Adsense?
Your earnings won't exceed $25 daily and won't be less than $7. But is $25 a good sum?? Will this make you "rich", oh no you have to think again!! Affiliate :)
2- Example of Affiliate
Now you are going to work with affiliates, no Adsense needed any more. Let assume that you have a website where you sponsor your free and Open Source CMS. It's not an example it's a project that I'm making just for fun, but won't include Adsense in it. Just affiliate links and I'll show you how this will work.First I think you all know what's a CMS, it's a content management system, it's more than a blog (it contains a blog!!) and also have more functionality that make it a real advanced website.
So here's what I'll do, in order to make my CMS popular, I'll include a free hosting on my server, where you can host a free Awkward CMS hosting. Like that, people will join and use my CMS. Let suppose I'll have 100 visitor daily that will register a new hosting. If I'm using Google Adsense, how much will I earn with it. Exactly 0, because people are interested on sign up and not on the Google Ads, so I'll lose!
No here's the idea, why not just after the sign up, I propose another service to my users. For example why not use a short domain for your CMS? You can try this free domain name service that will give you free domain name. Each registration will make me earn 0.1$ only, but let assume that I had 80 registation a day, I'll make 8$ and what if I use 3 other affiliate program. I would make more than $30 a day!

You can easily market your blog on twitter by getting an audience of followers that may not know you because of your blog directly. Every time you make a worth-while update to your blog you can announce it on twitter. Just make sure that you are updating with more then links to your site for self-promotion, you will lose followers quickly. Twitter is just like any other social network. It has to be used the way your followers expect, the marketing end of things is just a bonus.
Not only can you get traffic from linking to updates on your site by your followers but there is a public timeline available that will announce each update that is made. Depending on the time of day there are typically quite a few people watching that feed out of curiosity. There is also all of your followers followers that will see your updates on the people that they are following. It seems confusing at first but really it is just a lot of exposure all within a related group of people with similar interests. This means targeted marketing is free and easy on twitter.
You have to be sure that you are doing more then just sending links, this is important because people can stop following you if you just spam them with links to your blog.
